If you are using URLs in ASP.Net that end in anything other than the normal extensions (.aspx, .ashx etc) then you will need a wildcard script mapping. It is important to understand the effects of this, so that it doesn't cause issues with anything else you may have on the site.

To enable it, click on the "Website Settings" page for the domain and use the checkbox at the bottom.
