Issue at UK Datacenter

We are aware of an issue affecting our services in the UK. There has been an issue at the datacenter and we have been in contact with our provider. They are currently investigating the issue and we are awaiting an update from them. Please accept our apologies for the disruption.
UPDATE 00:25 - We apologise for this ongoing issue, our provider is still working on the issue at the datacenter and we are awaiting a further update from them
UPDATE 00:45 - We are monitoring all services coming back online. We are awaiting confirmation from the datacenter staff that the issue has been completely resolved.
UPDATE 01:25 - We have had confirmation from the datacenter that a software issue on a router in their network was responsible for services being unreachable. A software fix has now been applied and network traffic is flowing normally. We will be monitoring to ensure that all services remain online. | |
