Before adding a Windows 2012 domain on a reseller account, you need to enable Windows 2012 hosting for your customers. To do this:

  1. Login to your hosting control panel and click on the large "Account Settings" icon.
  2. Click on the large "Operating Systems" icon.
  3. From this page you can enable or disable offering Windows 2003 hosting and Windows 2012 hosting. You can also choose which one is the default for new domains that your customers add.
  4. When you have chosen the options that you would like, press the save button.

Now that it is enabled, you or your customers can create new domains on Windows 2012. If you are logging into the control panel as a customer, you should do the following:

  1. Log in to your hosting control panel and click on the large "Domains" icon
  2. Click on the "Add New" button at the bottom of the domain list (you must have space for a new domain on your plan).
  3. After entering your domain name, there will be a dropdown box asking you to choose the operating system for the domain. Select Windows 2012.
  4. Press save and the domain will be created.

Alternatively, to create a new domain from the reseller control panel, you should do the following:

  1. Log in to your hosting control panel and click on the large "Users" icon
  2. Click on the user that will own the domain.
  3. Click on the large "Domains" icon.
  4. Click on the "Add New" button at the bottom of the domain list (you must have space for a new domain on your plan).
  5. After entering your domain name, there will be a dropdown box asking you to choose the operating system for the domain. Select Windows 2012.
  6. Press save and the domain will be created.
